At fryxarinkrexxar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade greeting card purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss return or exchange options.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made greeting cards, custom orders are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your order details carefully before confirming custom orders.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
